If you want to activate the integration with Google Calendar in our systems, we request access to the following permissions to retrieve this information:
Calendars: Calendar name and color.
Events: Event name, event description, event date, event duration.
Contacts: Account contacts, organization contacts, and event participants.
Sometimes, our service requires access to write in your Google account to create, edit and delete events. This permission is used to manage your Google Calendar from our applications, allowing us to add new events to your Google Calendar or modify them.

Sync of Google Calendar with our platform.
Suggestions of events to create in Lemontech with: pre-filled name, pre-filled description, pre-filled date, pre-filled duration, recurrence rule, guests, and participants.
Creation of events from Lemontech in Google Calendar. Editing events from Lemontech in Google Calendar.
Synchronization of people's data: contacts (name and email) from Google Calendar and the organization directory in Google Workspace.

All users are entitled to the following:
Right to Access: You have the right to request copies of the data collected from your Google Calendar. We may charge a small fee for this service.
Right to Erasure: You have the right to request that we delete the data collected from your Google Calendar under certain conditions.
